Do NOT use ParknParcel. My seller informed me that they placed an order on 14th December 2023, and that it arrived at their warehouse on the 15th December 2023. As of writing this review, it is 24 December 2023, almost 8 DAYS since I've gotten any update from them.
My seller and I have emailed them already, but have only received the standard responses and no follow ups.
Incredibly disappointed that some stores' overseas shipping arrives faster than a local delivery company. If this takes much longer, I will be filing a police report for stolen/missing items.
I have called 64286200 (Shein returns) since Friday September 22nd, every single day, except the weekend. We are now 5 days later and I made more than 30 calls.
After listening to music for 3 minutes and 30 seconds the system will hang up on me, EVERY TIME without exception. Very unfriendly, rude and it shows that they are not up to speed to handle the task. They DON'T have the mentality to provide good service. In customer service you NEVER hang up on a customer, regardless of the pressure you have to scope with.
What an atrocious service! Been trying to get assistance from multiple platforms. However, not even 1 got back to me!!! And funny enough, it was a mistake made by your own personnels but you guys still went ahead with the process without even checking if it’s truly the item or not. Whats the point of asking for a picture of where the item is for return when you guys collected the wrong one. RUBBISH.
Previously there was a mix-up with the Shein return process and the wrong package was given to the return person by family member.
Trying to reach out Delivery man but not responding to messages and Park n parcel is not reachable . It all happened in matter of few mins. I am trying to reach customer care but no help.There was no proper communication channel provided to reach.
Finally I reached out through emails and received my parcel back. Thanks to the service.
This is not the first time encountered problem with this company . They also do return collection from SHEIN, I didn’t know until I contacted Kerry logistic about my return package and they told me to check with them. Erm, the package is still with me and the time indicated as collected I was at home . May I know what your driver collected ? Oxygen?
Now 3rd time having this problem . Really the worst of the worst .
My parcel was lost despite me calling them again and again, really angry with them. No one picks up my calls, been waiting for my latex suit for the last 2 weeks..... really hope i receive it soon.
I purchase a luggage from TAOBAO and I select self collect at bugis +but end up I received a message from ParkNParcel said that my parcel was too big and the shopper reject to store at the shop, so they sent back to Warehouse. I'm away after today, so I have to collect on the day. After make a arrangement with delivery person., yes😀 they make it🙏 i receive a warm and effective service from them, they make it 👍I really appreciate it 🙏 especially thank u to Marcus to make it happened 🙏 thank u for your big help and settle with a professional way😊
Lousy service, waiting the parcel at home, then suddenly received message said can't reach you, need to reschedule the delivery! Even nobody delivery the parcel to my house!
